Hi, my name is Sam. I’ve spent my entire life creating media in any way I can. I have written, directed, composed, and edited award-winning short films, and have also created social media content with the Canberra Theatre Centre, the Canberra Museum and Gallery, Mix 106.3, and Hit 104.7

After finishing my Bachelor of Film Production at the University of Canberra in late 2025, I have spent my time perfecting my craft and working on a range of short films, documentaries, and marketing campaigns for local Canberra works.

I can sometimes be heard with Rod & Gabi live on-air on Hit 104.7, or seen on the company’s social pages.

Over the next 6 months, my writing partner Tāne Simons and I will be continuing to work on our play ‘Featured!’ and our musical ‘The Tale of Retail’, aiming for performances of the former and workshops of the latter throughout 2027.
